Incorrect Merchandise

If we have incorrectly sent you the wrong product, please return it to us unopened, undamaged and in it's original condition, within 30 business days of purchase. A restocking fee of 30% applies if any of the conditions are not met. We will then send you the correct product, or if the product is not in stock, arrange for a replacement of your choice to be sent. Shipping will be covered by Macstylez.

Defective Merchandise

If goods are defective when received, please return them to us within 30 business days. We will send you a replacement for the defective product immediately. Shipping will be covered by Macstylez.

Please contact sales@macstylez.com.au clearly stating the reason for your return before sending the goods back. Any unauthorized returns will not be entertained. Please note it may take 2-5 business days to process your return.
